The clinic's minimalist design emphasizes innovation, while color accents harmoniously support the brand.
The project includes a detailed Customer Journey Map (CJM) of the interior, covering all touchpoints with the brand — from the entrance area to the coffee point.
The waiting areas and reception have been completely reimagined: separate spaces are visually united into a single volume. The seating area has been expanded for the comfort of visitors, the plinth has been concealed, and the entrance portal has been accentuated.
It was important for us to create an empathetic atmosphere in the clinic's design, where visitors feel confident and calm.

Skin Doctor is an intelligent cosmetology clinic located behind the façade of a historic building from the early 20th century, known as the I.R. Gotz Apartment House in the Art Nouveau style.
The interior of the clinic has been transformed with respect for its historical heritage, blending elements of the past with the philosophy of slow living. Modern design solutions are harmoniously integrated into the historic envelope of the building.
The atmosphere of the clinic creates a sense of safety and encourages time dedicated to self-care.
