The project includes the construction of a second mezzanine floor, the organization of a micro-courtyard, and the creation of an ergonomic terrace.
The project's limitations were significant, requiring adherence to permitted building norms on a small plot in a garden on hilly terrain.
A special layout and modern interior design tailored for small spaces and budgets were developed for the project.
The building harmoniously integrates into the environment of the resort town, providing modern amenities and comfort while retaining the atmosphere of the historic center.
In the realm of small architecture, the project offers a new approach to organizing life and recreation within limited space.

Urban garden house: small scale — big story
Renovation of a building in the center of a resort town into a guest house.
The task was to increase the area of the house and enhance the adjacent territory while preserving the historical part of the building from the late 19th century.
Our response was a modern interpretation of a garden house with a secret garden, integrated into the hilly landscape and the architectural context of the neighboring buildings.
